Brad graduated Summa Cum Laude from Utah State University with three bachelor's degrees in the field of business. He has owned many companies from a young age, but the technology field has always been his passion. Brad attributes Argenta’s rapid growth and success to the value the company places on hard work, integrity, and always focusing on long-term relationships with clients.
Justin Rollins
Vice President & Founder
Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Justin has always been involved in the high-end custom home industry. He started working at a young age for a construction company that built exclusive homes. At age ten, he went to his first music concert, and this is where his passion for music and sound was born. Justin began building speakers in his family’s carpentry shop and shortly thereafter, at the young age of 19, accepted a job at one of Utah’s premier home theater and automation providers. Working his way up to a project manager and designer for this company, Justin designed and managed installs of systems ranging from one hundred thousand to over two million dollars in electronics. After a few short years, Justin left and started Ambiance Systems. Justin grew this company from zero to over a million dollars in sales in only a few short years. Justin’s passion will always be in high-end audio, which he loves sharing with clients as well as with his six young children, who are his pride and joy.

Brendan Daley
Originally from Boston, Brendan spent his early years in New England before moving to Utah at the age of seven, where he has proudly called home ever since. After transitioning from the software industry into the AV industry, he quickly discovered he had found the perfect fit. A lifelong movie enthusiast who can often communicate through movie quotes, Brendan enjoys helping clients bring their dream home theaters and entertainment spaces to life.
Emilie Knudsen
Brandon Kuronya
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Brandon developed a passion for the audio industry through car audio in the late 1990s. His experience with a distributor specializing in car audio and home theater products sparked a lasting interest in AV, leading him to join the Argenta team. Outside of work, he enjoys riding four-wheelers, fishing, hunting, working on automobiles, and spending time outdoors. He takes pride in solving problems and making things work the way they were meant to.
Carl James
Carl brings 19 years of extensive experience in audio-visual systems integration, paired with over a decade of expertise in the architectural industry. Based in West Jordan, Utah, Carl has earned a reputation for his exceptional skills in project management, design, and engineering, delivering innovative solutions across a variety of complex projects.Outside of his professional life, Carl enjoys spending quality time with his family, embracing his role as a proud grandfather, and exploring off-road trails in his side-by-side.

Marcus Boyer
Marcus Boyer was born and raised in Murray, Utah. He began his career in the electrical trade, spending eight years as an electrician and gaining extensive experience in commercial construction. Driven by a desire to expand his expertise and embrace new technology, Marcus transitioned into the audiovisual industry, where he now serves as a Project Coordinator. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and exploring nature.

Cole’s passion for technology began in his early years, growing up in Utah and watching his father build computers and websites in the early '90s. Alongside his exposure to technology, Cole also gained hands-on experience working on his grandfather's construction sites, fostering a deep interest in building and project management. In 2021, after successfully completing several DIY smart home projects during a break from his career in insurance, Cole discovered his passion for the audio-visual industry. Embracing the challenges and limitless possibilities of AV technology, he made the decision to pursue the field full-time.

Andrew Lizza
Born and raised in West Weber, Utah, Andrew "Drew" discovered his passion for the AV industry in 2013 and has been hooked ever since. He enjoys the ever evolving nature of technology and the opportunity to keep learning something new every day. When he's not creating exceptional AV experiences, Drew loves spending time with his family, camping, hunting, and enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer.
Easton Palmer
Born and raised in Riverton, Utah, Easton began his career as an electrician before discovering a new passion in the AV industry, joining Argenta in 2026. His hands on experience and problem solving mindset make him a natural fit for creating exceptional technology experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing with his family, playing video games, and catching a great movie.
Roper Campbell
Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, Roper was drawn to the AV industry because no two days are ever the same. He enjoys the constant opportunities to learn, solve new challenges, and work with evolving technology. Outside of work, he can usually be found in the mountains or the duck marshes hunting, or spending quality time with his family.
