Brad graduated Summa Cum Laude from Utah State University with three bachelor's degrees in the field of business. He has owned many companies from a young age, but the technology field has always been his passion. Brad attributes Argenta’s rapid growth and success to the value the company places on hard work, integrity, and always focusing on long-term relationships with clients.

Justin Rollins

Vice President & Founder

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Justin has always been involved in the high-end custom home industry. He started working at a young age for a construction company that built exclusive homes. At age ten, he went to his first music concert, and this is where his passion for music and sound was born. Justin began building speakers in his family’s carpentry shop and shortly thereafter, at the young age of 19, accepted a job at one of Utah’s premier home theater and automation providers. Working his way up to a project manager and designer for this company, Justin designed and managed installs of systems ranging from one hundred thousand to over two million dollars in electronics. After a few short years, Justin left and started Ambiance Systems. Justin grew this company from zero to over a million dollars in sales in only a few short years. Ambience Systems and Ecco Audio Video joined and rebranded as Argenta. Justin’s passion will always be in high-end audio, which he loves sharing with clients as well as with his six young children, who are his pride and joy.

Tanner VanMeeteren

Senior Account Manager

Born in Ogden and raised in Centerville, Tanner earned his degree from Salt Lake Community College. He has been a dedicated professional in the AV industry since 2014, with a particular passion for high-end home theater systems and delivering personalized solutions for his clients. Tanner is married to his beloved wife, Courtney, and together they have three wonderful children.

Michael Dahl

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Born in Colorado and raised in Draper, Utah, Michael has spent over 20 years climbing the ranks in the AV industry. From starting out as a tech to transitioning into design, project management, and now account management, his extensive experience makes him a valuable asset. Michael is thrilled to be part of the Argenta team, where he’s passionate about helping clients and customers bring their projects to life with creativity and expertise.

Emilie Knudsen

Office Manager

Emilie was born in Anaheim, California, and raised in Layton, Utah. She has been excelling in administrative and office management roles since 2017. Her dedication and enthusiasm for her work are evident in everything she does. In her leisure time, Emilie enjoys baking, country swing dancing on weekends and organizing parties for friends and family.

Carl James

Project Manager

Carl brings 19 years of extensive experience in audio-visual systems integration, paired with over a decade of expertise in the architectural industry. Based in West Jordan, Utah, Carl has earned a reputation for his exceptional skills in project management, design, and engineering, delivering innovative solutions across a variety of complex projects.Outside of his professional life, Carl enjoys spending quality time with his family, embracing his role as a proud grandfather, and exploring off-road trails in his side-by-side.

Robi Aamodt

Environmental Designer

Robi grew up in Harrisonburg, Virginia and moved to Utah to earn a degree from Brigham Young University in Audio Recording. He grew up performing in choirs, bands, and more and always knew he wanted to pursue a career in audio. He has worked in the AV industry since 2016 and loves designing all kinds of projects.

Preston Costley

Environmental Engineer

Born and raised in Ogden, Utah. Developed a passion for technology at a young age. He has been working in the Audio Video Industry since 2000. When he is not working, he enjoys time on the slopes in the winter and the lake in the summer. When the conditions are right, he'll enjoy both on the same day.

Adam Hickman

Lead Technology Integrator

Adam was born in North Hollywood, CA and has lived in various parts of the United States since the age of 18, ultimately returning to Utah in 2020. With a deep-rooted background in the AV industry, which has been a significant part of his life from an early age, Adam is passionate about his work in this field. He also values and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Tanner Christensen

Lead Technology Integrator

Tanner has resided in Utah since 2006. From a young age, he aspired to work in the AV industry, a dream he realized upon joining the Argenta team in 2020. He is passionate about his hobbies, which include reading books and watching movies.

DJ Edwards

Pre-wire Coordinator & Specialist

Born and raised in Utah, DJ is a master of all things construction and an expert at low voltage pre-wires.

Tyson Brown

Technology Integrator

Born in Ogden, UT, Tyson began his career working with a friend, which sparked his passion for the AV industry and a desire for continuous learning in the field. He enjoys camping, fishing, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities.

Cole Dayton

Technology Integrator

Cole’s passion for technology began in his early years, growing up in Utah and watching his father build computers and websites in the early '90s. Alongside his exposure to technology, Cole also gained hands-on experience working on his grandfather's construction sites, fostering a deep interest in building and project management. In 2021, after successfully completing several DIY smart home projects during a break from his career in insurance, Cole discovered his passion for the audio-visual industry. Embracing the challenges and limitless possibilities of AV technology, he made the decision to pursue the field full-time.

Daniel Sillars

Technology Integrator

Born in Tacoma, WA, and raised in Buckley, WA, Dan began his career in security installations in 2011 before transitioning to the AV industry in 2023. He enjoys camping and barbecuing, and he is continually seeking opportunities for personal growth and learning.

Cooper Rollins

Technology Integrator

Born in American Fork and raised in Herriman, Utah. Cooper joined the AV industry in 2020 and has loved learning and applying the life skills it has to offer. He has always taken an interest in technology and how it works. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, camping, watching/playing sports and playing video games.

Ray Saisani

Technology Integrator

Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Ray's journey into the AV industry began when a college instructor piqued his interest. This led him to join Argenta in 2023. He loves his job, the people he works with, and the opportunity to learn new things every day. In his spare time, Ray enjoys home projects, hiking, skiing, barbecuing, and socializing with friends.

Declan Rollins

Technology Integrator

Raised in Herriman, Utah and embarked on his journey into the AV industry in 2020. When he's not immersed in work, you can find him working out, fishing, watching movies and playing video games. Above all else, though, nothing compares to spending time with his family and friend

Born in San Jose, CA, he attended Chico State University. He entered the AV industry in 2015 and has specialized in service since 2019. His hobbies include snowboarding, dog training, and spending quality time with his family. He brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his work.
